2. Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial information is safe.
GlowNest does not store your card or bank details on our servers.
Our payment partners comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to ensure maximum protection.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation containing your order details and invoice.
If payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will not be processed. You may retry the payment or contact our support team for help.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select products and pin codes.
To avoid misuse, GlowNest reserves the right to cancel COD orders if found suspicious or unverified.
Customers are required to make full payment in cash at the time of delivery before receiving the package.
Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
In case of any pricing errors due to technical glitches or updates, GlowNest reserves the right to cancel or modify such orders with prior notification to the customer.
6. Refunds for Cancelled or Failed Orders
For cancelled or failed transactions, the amount (if debited) will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within this time, please contact our customer support with your order ID and payment details.
