GlowNest Return & Refund Policy At GlowNest, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged items due to customer handling.
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
Personalized or customized products.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer support at kartik.kanh4@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Approval & Pickup:
Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
Inspection:
After receiving the returned item, our quality check team will inspect it. We will notify you once your return is approved or rejected.
3. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
