All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive an email and SMS notification once your order is confirmed and dispatched.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, or local restrictions).

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee (as displayed at checkout) will be applied.

Any promotional offers on free shipping will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link on our website or the courier partner’s portal.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct before confirming your order.

GlowNest will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete information.

In case an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or any item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide unboxing photos or videos as proof for quicker resolution.

We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, GlowNest ships only within India.

International shipping options will be added soon.
